Lindsay's fine dining restaurant is located in the lower level of the Prairie Building at the corner of Jefferson & Liberty, across from the Civic Center in downtown Peoria. The Liberty Street entrance steps down into this historic building, or access is available by elevator from the Prairie Building foyer off the Jefferson Street entrance. Our building is fully handicapped accessible. A classic atmosphere is created by the exposed brick walls, tin ceilings, wood paneling, and large windows looking out to the adjacent patios. An elegant table setting on a draped tablecloth accents the fine furniture. A Bose sound system provides the background for your dining pleasure. The exquisite menu features unique food preparations and presentations to please and stimulate the palate. We offer an extensive wine list personally selected to enhance your dining experience. A dedicated waitstaff will attend to your comfort and enjoyment. Our casual lounge is the perfect setting to enjoy an after-meal drink in front of the gas log fireplace or to meet for cocktails at the end of the workday. The Prairie Building is also home to the Sky Rooms meeting & banquet facilities, which can accommodate up to 200 people for weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties, conferences, seminars, meetings, awards ceremonies, and much more.
